They were friendly and I really appreciated their use of video to relay the assessment by the mechanic/technician. I do think their prices are higher than I’m used to though. Maybe that’s just because I had so much done. After they replaced the front brakes and flushed the lines it’s like a different car. I didn’t realize how spongy my brakes were for over a year.
